Women With Work Stress Are More Vulnerable For Heart Disease

According to research, women who has job with high stress and give little chance for her to make decisions or creativity having a risk of heart disease – and this is even worse when she thinking that she will lose her job. Michelle Asha Albert, a heart specialist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston said that the relationship between heart disease and job stress was obvious in male, but it is still unclear whether it applies  to women as well.

Talking about women and heart disease, doctors usually focus on common risk factors like high blood pressure and cholesterol. But the fact, there were 134 cases of heart attack, woman with high stress job has 88 percent more prone to heart disease than women who has low stress job. They also tend to perform heart surgery medication.

Although there is no data that will be the effectiveness of stress reduction, therefore  for women who depressed due to her job, it’s strongly recommended  to increase physical activity and build social networks more widely.
